Wales Sites

Tredegar House CAMC (29th Apr – 13th May), nice layout and facilities. Mindyou watch out for pitching under the trees as we had firstly blossom falling and then seeds falling and the roof is taking some time to clear! In grounds of Tredegar House so great for dog walking in large park. Otherwise very busy roads surrounding so walking anywhere not that pleasant.

Llandow Caravan Park (13th – 27th May £22 pn). Flat and open site, bit breezy, mostly seasonal pitches, facilities ok but not enough when busy. Not much in the way of walking from site, so out in car everyday. Coastal path good for walking and some nice beaches.

Gowerton CAMC (27th May – 10th Jun). Nice flat, spacious site, plenty of trees to break it up. No decent walking from site, but access to neighbouring sports field for walking dog. Fantastic beaches all around coast but all a drive away. Excellent facilities.

Pembrey CAMC (10th Jun – 1st Jul). Lovely flat spacious site with plenty of trees to break it up and give space and privacy. Excellent facilities. Walk straight from site into acres of country park and 8 miles of lovely sandy beach, mostly dog friendly! What more do you need?
